Minor Subdivisions

All subdivisions not qualifying as major subdivisions shall be known as administrative or minor subdivisions of property.

Application Process
All property owners proposing an administrative or minor subdivision must complete and submit a Minor Subdivision Application and Checklist (PDF) to the City's Department of Planning and Development. An application fee of $120 shall apply to each application.

Before submitting any application for a minor subdivision, the city requires that all applicants first schedule an appointment with the Planning and Development Department to discuss the proposed action. To schedule an appointment, please call the Planning and Development Office at 417-732-3150.
