Please note that the City of Republic is NOT affiliated with any third party bill payment providers. We would like to remind our citizens and customers that City Hall and the City of Republic website are the only two approved ways to pay your utility bill. If a customer chooses to pay though an unapproved source, such as a grocery store or cash advance facility, the City will not guarantee the payment. Therefore, if a payment is made at an unapproved location and the account number is entered incorrectly, the customer will still be responsible for penalties and disconnects. |
As directed in the 1996 amendment of the Safe Drinking Water Act, the City is required to provide a yearly report on the quality of its water system. The 2009 Water Quality report is now available and on-line for viewing by clicking here. Noteably, the City of Republic had no monitoring or contaminates violations during the year, and the drinking water exceeds all Federal and State Requirements. If you have any questions or would like a hard copy of the report, please call the water department at 732-3440 or stop by City Hall for a hard copy. |
