The Business Commission was created for the purpose of being a liaison between local businesses and the City of Republic.  In addition, the Commission looks at ways to promote growth of business within the City.  The Board consists of eleven members who are local business owners and are appointed by the Mayor.  Council Member Stephanie McCormack is the liaison for City Council and serves as the Chairperson.  Economic Director Gail Noggle serves as the City Staff Liaison.
