Craig
was hired by the City of Republic as the Superintendent of the Wastewater
Department in April of 1992. Mr. Lusby came to the City of Republic from
Mountain Home, Arkansas, where he was employed as the Assistant Wastewater
Superintendent and Lab Technician for the City of Mt. Home for 7 years.
Craig graduated from Crowder College of Neosho, MO, from the Water and
Wastewater Technical School in 1982. His duties with Mountain Home, included
overseeing the operation of all laboratory duties for the wastewater plant,
commercial and industrial pretreatment inspections, and assisting the
superintendent with decision making and directing in the operations and
maintenance of the wastewater plant.
In
1996, the Missouri Water Environment Federation honored Craig as Operator
of the Year of Wastewater Treatment Plants in the Small Facility category
for the State of Missouri .
Craig
is a member of the Republic Assembly of God church as well as several
trade organizations.
