REPUBLIC, MO – The Republic Parks & Recreation Department will offer new sessions of Toddler Tumbling beginning in September 2010. There will be two separate classes offered in each session. Basic toddler tumbling is available for children ages 2 & 3 and will meet on Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. Advanced toddler tumbling is available for children ages 4 & 5 and will meet on Thursday evenings from 6:45 - 7:30 p.m. Basic and advanced tumbling, movement, balance and flexibility will be covered in each session. Music and props will be incorporated into the classes. One parent will be required to participate in the class with their toddler. Upcoming sessions are as follows: 2010 Sessions Session 4: September 2 - October 7, 2010 Session 5: October 14 - November 18, 2010 Session 6: December 2, 2010 - January 13, 2011 (no class on December 23) 2011 Sessions Session 1: January 20 - February 25, 2011 Session 2: March 3 - April 7, 2011 Session 3: April 14 - May 19, 2011 Pre-registration is required for all sessions of this program; there will be a maximum of eight toddlers per class.
