REPUBLIC, MO – The Republic Police Department will be hosting "National Night Out" at the Republic Aquatics Center located at 711 E. Miller, on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010, at 6 p.m. National Night Out is a nationwide effort to strengthen relationships between the police and the community they serve.
Come enjoy the night starting at 6 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m. Meet the patrol officers and firefighters who serve the City of Republic and gain useful knowledge to keep your family and neighborhoods safe. Bring your children and let them tour equipment from local emergency crews. The Tiger Jump will be there for all the young kids along with normal pool activities. Everyone is invited to attend this exciting event. Hot dogs and water will be available for those in attendance.
