The 16th Annual city-wide "Treat Yourself in Republic" Halloween celebration, sponsored by Republic Parks and Recreation, is an annual event in which local businesses, churches, and organizations provide a safe alternative to trick-or-treating for children in Republic and the surrounding communities. The event will be held Halloween night (Wednesday, October 31, 2012) from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. A map of all participating locations will be available in the Republic Monitor the week of the event, and at the Republic Community Center and below.
