The City of Republic has adopted SOAR 2040, our new Comprehensive Plan! A Comprehensive Plan is an advisory document for the future development of Republic.
The process of creating the SOAR 2040 Plan involved gathering information related to every service provided by the City, interpreting and analyzing the results, and extracting the most important insights. Public feedback was collected through surveys and social media as the plan took shape.
