What do I need to do in order to operate a business in my home?

The type of business you want to operate in your home will determine if you are allowed to conduct your business at your residence. You will need to fill out a Business License Application and Home-Based Business Questionnaire. Business Licenses must be renewed every year. Your Home-Based Business Permit is filled out one time only unless the location changes or the type of business you are engaged in changes.
