  2. REQUEST FOR RECORDS PER CHAPTER 610 RSMO

    It is the responsibility of the Office of the City Clerk to process requests for records. Staff time required to process the request for records, including communication with other departments, making calls for pickup/payment, copying, emailing, and scanning will be charged in 6-minute increments at the pay rate of staff involved. Copies from the Republic Codebook and items from the City Council Meetings (resolutions, ordinances, etc.) are exempt from charges.

    $0.10 per page on 8.5 X 11 sheets or 8.5 X 14 (double sided $0.20) $0.20 per page on 11 X 17 sheets (double sided $0.40) CD’s $0.50 (base cost) – with additional costs of $0.50 per page scanned DVD’s $0.50 (base cost)

  5. Blueprint Copies

    Copies will be made at a professional copy business and will be charged accordingly. An additional handling fee of $10 will be charged for delivery and/or pick up by City Staff. (Fee is for personnel time and mileage)

  6. E-Mail Transfer

    E-mailing and electronic scanning requires staff time and will be charged in 6-minute increments at the pay rate of staff involved.

  7. Faxes

    Maximum number of pages (15), $1.50 (All faxes are the same cost – local or long distance)

  8. U.S. Mail Transfer

    Postage will be charged at a rate of $0.44 or as per weight on postage meter

  10. Please be specific (names or types of documents, departments, dates, or any other information to assist in the search. Per Missouri Statute 610.023, please allow three full working days for processing folowing the date the request is received.
